เดอะลอร์ดออฟเดอะริงส์ (The Lord of The Rings), เดอะแมตริกซ์ (The Matrix),
และแม้ แต่แฮรี่พ็อตเตอร์ (Harry Porter)
การ ต่อสู้กันระหว่างฝ่าย “ทำเพื่อตนเอง” กับฝ่ายที่ “ทำเพื่อผู้อื่น” จะมาถึงจุดสุดยอดในปี 2012
และดู เหมือนว่าการศึกครั้งนี้ จะยิ่งทวีความรุนแรงมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ เพราะว่าการต่อสู้ในครั้งนี้

เครื่องมือ เพื่อการเปลี่ยนระดับ

สิ่งที่สำคัญมากที่สุดคือ การที่พวกเราแต่ละคน กำลังเพิ่มระดับความถี่ของการสั่นสะเทือน
ของพวกเราขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง

ในแต่ละวัน มันจึงมีกระแสแห่งโอกาส ที่จะเพิ่ม หรือ ลดระดับความถี่ของการสั่นสะเทือนของเราเอง เข้ามาหาตลอด
ทางที่เราเลือกจะไปกระทบต่อทุกสรรพสิ่ง คุณยังพอจะจำได้ไหมว่า คุณเป็นส่วนหนึ่ง
ของระบบการถ่ายทอดข้อมูลระหว่างตัวคุณกับกาแล็กซี่อย่างไร

ตอนนี้ พวกเราทุกคน สามารถร้องขอเทพผู้พิทักษ์เพิ่มขึ้น ได้อีก 4 องค์
เพื่อช่วยให้เราพร้อมสำหรับการเปลี่ยนระดับในครั้งนี้
ถ้าคุณตัดสินใจที่จะทำอย่างนั้น เพียงแค่คุณอยู่ในความสงบ แล้วตั้งสมาธิให้แน่วแน่
แล้วร้องขอเทพผู้พิทักษ์เพิ่มอีก คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องร้องขอเทพผู้พิทักษ์เพิ่มถึง 4 องค์ในคราวเดียว
และเมื่อคุณได้ร้องขอเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว จงนั่งลง แล้วเขียนรายการที่คุณต้องการให้พวกเขาช่วยเหลือ แล้วให้พวกเขาทำ

สิ่งที่พระอาจารย์รัตน์ท่านเรียกว่า “มโนธาตุ” หรือ "ปราณ" กันแน่ก็ไม่รู้นะครับ
เพราะผมก็ไม่ค่อยแน่ใจนัก เพราะเห็นเขามีการทดลองบรรจุลงในน้ำดืม เพื่อช่วยให้มีสุขภาพกาย
และจิตดีขึ้นคล้ายๆกัน ดังนั้น ตอนนี้ ผมขอใช้คำว่า “มโนธาตุ” ไปก่อนก็แล้วกันนะครับ – Chayutt)
หรือมโนธาตุ เกิดการตกตะกอน แล้วก่อให้เกิดสสารในมิติทางกายภาพขึ้นมา

และสิ่งเดียวกันนี้ ก็เกิดขึ้นกับร่างกายของเราด้วยเช่นกัน นั่นก็คือ เรามีทัศนคติต่อร่างกายเนื้อของเราอย่างไร
มันก็จะไปสร้างสิ่งที่เรามองเห็น และเชื่อตามอย่างนั้นด้วย

เพราะฉะนั้น เราจำเป็นต้องมีสติสัมปชัญญะ ในทุกๆสิ่งที่เราคิด และรู้สึก

และหากว่าถูกครอบงำอย่างหนัก โดยพลังงานด้านลบที่อยู่รอบๆตัวเรามาโดยตลอดแล้ว
เช่น จากทีวี จากภาพยนตร์ จากเหตุการณ์ต่างที่เกิดขึ้นระดับท้องถิ่น / ระดับชาติ / ระดับโลก
ดังนั้น เราจึงจำเป็นต้องอบรมจิตใจ และพฤติกรรมของเราเองซะใหม่ โดยใช้เครื่องมือช่วยฝึกจิต
หรือ “งานภายใน” (Inner work) และฝึกกาย หรือ “งานภายนอก” (Outer work) บางอย่างช่วย


งาน ภายใน (Inner work):

ขั้น แรก เพื่อการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการเปลี่ยนระดับในครั้งนี้
เราต้องมาดูในส่วนของงานภายในกันก่อน

ลินน์ กราบฮอร์น (Lynn Grabhorn) ได้สร้างเครื่องมือสำหรับงานภายในขึ้นมาอย่างหนึ่ง
เพื่อใช้ฝึกฝนอบรมทัศนคติและมุมมองของตัวเราเองใหม่ ที่เธอเรียกว่า “การสวิตช์กลับข้าง” (Flip switching)
ซึ่งมันทำให้เราตระหนักรู้ว่า เรากำลังถ่ายทอดพลังงานออกมา และ รับเอาพลังงานเข้าไปอย่างไร

เธออธิบายถึงกระบวนการนี้ด้วยภาษาทางดนตรี ซึ่งเธอสมมุติให้มีตัวโน้ตเสียง “โด” อยู่ตรงกลางของบรรทัด
เมื่อเรา ปลดปล่อยพลังงาน ที่เกิดจากจิตสำนึกฝ่ายสูงออกมา นั่นหมายถึง
เราไม่เพียงแต่จะไปทำให้ ระดับคลื่นความถี่ของตัวเราเองเท่านั้น ที่ถูกยกสูงขึ้น

เพราะฉะนั้น เทคนิค “การสวิตช์กลับข้าง” ของลินน์ กราบฮอร์นอันนี้ มันเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้กับ
“งานภายใน” อย่างหนึ่ง ที่ใช้สำหรับการมองหา และค้นหาหนทางสู่การรู้สึกที่ดีขึ้น
มันเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับงานภายใน อย่างหนึ่ง ที่ทำให้เราตระหนักถึงพลังงานที่เรากำลังถ่ายทอดออกมา

เทคนิค “การสวิตช์กลับข้าง” นี้ อาศัยหลักการทางดนตรีของโน้ตเสียง “โด” เสียงกลาง (Middle C)

พลังงานที่เกิดจากจิตสำนึกฝ่ายสูง จะไปยกระดับคลื่นความถี่ของเราให้สูงกว่าเสียง “โด” กลางที่ว่านั้น
ในขณะที่พลังงานที่เกิดจากจิตสำนึกฝ่ายต่ำ จะไปลดระดับคลื่นความถี่ของเราให้ต่ำลง

และนี่คือวิธีการของเทคนิค “การสวิตช์กลับข้าง” (Flip switching)

ให้เราทำความรู้สึก เหมือนกับความรู้สึก ตอนที่เรากำลังโอบอุ้มลูกสุนัข หรือลูกแมวตัวเล็กๆ น่ารักๆอยู่
ด้วยความรัก ความเอ็นดูอย่างที่สุด
หรือทำความรู้สึก ให้เหมือนกับความรู้สึก ตอนที่เรากำลังโอบอุ้มเด็กทารกที่น่ารักและน่าเอ็นดูอย่างที่สุดอยู่
ด้วยความรัก ความเอ็นดูอย่างที่สุด จากนั้น ก็ให้นึกส่งความรู้สึกนี้ ไปสู่สิ่งต่างๆที่อยู่รอบๆตัวเรา
ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ดินสอบนโต๊ะทำงานของคุณ, ลูกบิดประตู, สัญญาณไฟแดงตรงทางแยก, รถยนต์ทีน้ำเงินคันนั้น,
ต้นไม้ใบหญ้า, คนขับรถคันที่อยู่ข้างๆคุณ, แปรงสีฟันของคุณ. เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของคุณ, ฝูงนก,
หรือแม้แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวของคุณ

เป้าหมายของการทำเช่นนี้ ก็คือ ทำทุกวันๆ จนมันพบเส้นทางเดินของมันเอง
(หรือทำจนคล่อง หรือทำจนเป็นวสี – Chayutt) จนคุณสามารถส่งคลื่นความสั่นสะเทือน
จากจิตสำนึกฝ่ายสูงออกไปได้ ไม่ว่าในขณะนั้น คุณจะกำลังรู้สึกอย่างไรอยู่ก็ตาม




งานภายนอก (Outer work):

ความเมตตากรุณา (Kindness) คือเครื่องมือของ “งานภายนอก” ที่คุณสามารถนำมาใช้
เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของตัวเองสู่ปี 2012 และการเปลี่ยนระดับที่กำลังจะมาถึง

ฉันเรียกมันว่า “งานภายนอก” เพราะว่ามันเป็นสิ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ “การแสดงออกอย่างมีสติ”

- รวบรวมเสื้อผ้า และสิ่งของเครื่องใช้เก่าๆ ที่ใช้แล้วของคุณเองและของเพื่อนร่วมงานของคุณ
ไปบริจาคให้สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กเร่ร่อน
- ขอให้ลูกๆของคุณนำของเล่นของพวกเขา ไปมอบให้กับเด็กที่ด้อยโอกาสกว่า
- เมื่อมีเพื่อนบ้านใหม่ย้ายเข้ามาอยู่ ให้อบคุกกี้ แล้วนำไปมอบให้พวกเขาเพื่อเป็นการยินดีต้อนรับพวกเขา

ความเมตตากรุณา ไม่ได้เป็นแค่หลักการแห่งความนุ่นนวล, หรือเป็นละอองไอแห่งความรู้สึกที่ดี
และอบอุ่นเท่านั้น แต่สิ่งที่มันจะให้กับคุณคือผลลัพธ์ในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริง
เพราะมันจะไปสร้างคลื่นพลังงานอันทรงพลัง ที่จะไปเปลี่ยนรูปแบบในระดับลึกของ DNA

กระแสการไหลอย่างต่อเนื่องของสารเอนโดร์ฟิน และสสารพี ผ่านร่างกายของเรา

ในทางสรีรวิทยา สารเคมีในสมองเหล่านี้ จะไปช่วยเพิ่มอัตราการไหลเวียนของโลหิตให้ดีขึ้น,
ช่วยลดความดันโลหิตให้ต่ำลง, เพิ่มความอบอุ่นของร่างกาย, และช่วยให้ควบคุมน้ำหนักได้ดีขึ้น



ความเมตตากรุณา จะช่วยให้เราผ่อนคลาย ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้เราสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับคนอื่นๆ

และสารอะดรีนาลีน (Adremeline) ในรูปแบบต่างๆออกมาแทน ซึ่งสารเคมีเหล่านี้
จะทำให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการต่อสู้, การหนี และการตะลึงลานจนเคลื่อนไหวไม่ได้
อันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการได้รับบาดเจ็บและความเครียด

เมื่อสารเคมีเหล่านี้ไหลผ่านร่างกายของเรา มันจะทำให้เราขี้หงุดหงิด, ขี้โมโห, ไม่เป็นมิตร,

นอกจากนี้ความเครียดและอารมณ์ด้านลบต่างๆยังเป็นสาเหตุให้ DNA เกิดการหดตัว
ซึ่งนั่นหมายถึง การหยุดวิวัฒนาการของเรา

ไม่ว่าเราจะเลือกถ่ายทอดพลังงานความคิดออกมา ให้เหนือกว่าหรือต่ำกว่าเส้นระดับเสียง
